STEP 1. PRIOR TO ACTIVITY

◆ Apply a suitable amount of gel to clean, dry skin 10–15 minutes before physical activity. Use circular motions to gently massage the product until fully absorbed.

◆ This formula is designed to produce a warming sensation after application, helping to stimulate blood flow and support fluid mobilization.

◆ Individuals with medical skin conditions or sensitivities should consult a healthcare professional before use.

◆ Wash hands thoroughly after application.

STEP 2. DURING TRAINING

◆ The sensation of heat may vary from person to person. On average, it reaches its peak 15–20 minutes after application and gradually fades. However, the skin-enhancing effects continue as long as the cream remains on the skin. Reapplication is not necessary.

◆ One application is enough to maintain its benefits throughout your session.

STEP 3: STAY CONSISTENT

For best results—firmer, more hydrated skin and a visible reduction in the appearance of cellulite, consistency is key. WasaFit works best as part of your regular workout routine. Daily application, combined with healthy habits and proper nutrition, will help you maximize its benefits.
